Contacting customer service

Email contact@an74.com and include your order number when available. We aim to provide an initial reply within 48 hours, depending on demand and staff availability. This is an indicative response target, not a guarantee of resolution within 48 hours. Waiting for a reply does not postpone a cancellation notice sent in time or extend legal deadlines binding on the seller.

Applicable version and order records

The accepted price and the terms presented when you place your order govern that purchase. Later changes do not retrospectively alter an existing contract, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Keep your order confirmation and correspondence. Electronic records may help establish what happened but are not conclusive evidence against you. You may ask customer service for documents relating to your order, subject to checks necessary to protect your data.

How supplier fulfilment works

AN74 sells products without holding its own stock. After payment confirmation, Mohammed Majdi manually orders from the supplier using the customer’s delivery address. The launch green FC11C 4000 K is sourced from Wurkkos with dispatch advertised from its European Union warehouse. The supplier ships directly to the customer; AN74 handles tracking. Supplier purchasing is not automated. No colour, battery or colour-temperature substitution is made without your agreement. AN74 remains your seller and contact for delivery, returns, refunds and statutory remedies. Your rights against AN74 do not depend on the supplier’s terms.

Products and ordering

The offer identifies the model, variant, included accessories and essential characteristics. Supplier availability must be checked before an item is offered for purchase. We do not substitute a different item without your agreement. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we inform you promptly and refund it rather than requiring you to accept store credit. You can correct your basket and details before placing an order with an obligation to pay. An order confirmation and the applicable terms are provided in a durable form.

Product descriptions and images

The goods delivered must match the description, variant and contents ordered. Some images may be recomposed for a consistent presentation; this does not allow essential features to be changed or optional accessories to be shown as included. Screens can render colours differently. Significant differences between the delivered item and its presentation remain subject to your statutory rights. A third-party video or review is not a test performed by AN74.

Prices and included delivery

The green FC11C 4000 K with battery costs €62.48 including 20% VAT and standard delivery in mainland France. No standard shipping surcharge is added at checkout. Logistics costs are included in the price. AN74 will not request additional import duties or clearance fees from the customer for this offer, which uses dispatch from an EU warehouse. The total price in euros, taxes and available payment methods are shown before placing an order with an obligation to pay. Optional services require an explicit choice.

Payment and proportionate checks

AN74 purchases from the supplier only after payment is confirmed. A bank authorisation alone is not evidence of shipment. Failed payment, inconsistent details or an objective indication of fraud may require checks before validation. Any information requested must be necessary for that purpose; never email your card security code or full card number. Refusing a sale requires a legitimate reason. We will not retain money for a cancelled order without a lawful basis, and checks do not permit us to extend an agreed delivery deadline indefinitely.

Delivery

Delivery is open to mainland France including Corsica. Germany, the United Kingdom and French overseas territories are not open for this offer. Delivery takes place within a maximum of three weeks (21 calendar days) from confirmation of the order and its payment. This period includes sourcing, preparation and transport to the delivery address. Ordering depends on product availability with the supplier; AN74 holds no stock of its own. If unavailability is discovered after payment and prevents delivery within this period, AN74 promptly informs you, cancels the affected order and refunds the amounts paid without imposing store credit. Supplier availability does not automatically extend the maximum 21-day delivery period. Separate parcels incur no additional standard shipping fees. Tracking is supplied when available. AN74 remains responsible for delivery; handing goods to its chosen carrier does not transfer transit risk to you. Statutory remedies for late, lost or damaged deliveries remain available.

Delivery details and changes

Check the address, recipient name and contact details before paying. Tell AN74 promptly about errors; changes may no longer be possible after the carrier takes the parcel. Resending caused by an error attributable to you can involve a charge only if it is justified, lawfully due and agreed before resending. No automatic surcharge or forfeiture of the amount paid applies. Refusing or failing to collect a parcel is not, by itself, an unambiguous cancellation notice; contact us to explain your request.

Separate parcels, missing items and bundles

One order may ship from several suppliers with separate tracking references. Separate shipments do not permit additional standard delivery fees or an undisclosed extension of the promised deadline. AN74 investigates missing items or parcels marked delivered but not received with its partners. Photos can help, but an unboxing video is not a universal requirement. Partial refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the item and its allocated discounts. Items you keep are not retrospectively repriced, and no flat restocking fee applies.

Changing your mind

You have 14 calendar days starting the day after receipt to tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. Where the applicable rules treat separately delivered goods as one order, the period starts after the last delivery. Use the optional cancellation notice below or any clear statement to customer service. You can notify cancellation online: review your details, confirm submission and keep the downloadable acknowledgement. A copy is also sent by email; an email failure does not cancel the recorded request. Prior approval is not required to exercise the right. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back.

Returns and refunds

Use our returns and cancellation form, or email contact@an74.com. After your request, AN74 emails a return label with the destination address and instructions. Statutory cancellation requires no prior approval: giving clear notice within the applicable period exercises your right. Do not automatically use the sender address printed on a parcel. For statutory cancellation, including a change of mind, AN74 pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label with instructions and the destination address. No label charge is deducted from the refund. Any overseas return destination must be disclosed before purchase, not introduced only after cancellation. Statutory remedies for faults or our delivery errors are handled without unlawful charges. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; opening packaging alone does not cancel your rights. A deduction may only reflect diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without a fee. We refund within 14 days of notice, but may withhold payment until receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, where permitted by law. We do not deduct an invented initial shipping fee from a price that included standard delivery. An expressly selected premium delivery surcharge need not be refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.

Preparing a return

Explain whether your request concerns a change of mind, a fault or a wrong item; an order number or other proof of purchase helps us identify it. Use protective packaging and return the accessories belonging to the returned goods. Original packaging is helpful but is not an absolute condition for cancellation or statutory remedies. A missing accessory or alleged damage does not automatically justify refusal: any deduction must be evidenced and lawful. Tell us about swollen, damaged or leaking batteries before transport so that safe instructions can be provided without removing your rights.

Faulty goods and later requests

Statutory remedies continue after the 14-day cancellation period. AN74 is responsible for conformity defects appearing within two years of delivery of this new product, with the statutory presumption that the defect existed on delivery. Repair or replacement is free of charge, without significant inconvenience, within 30 days and subject to statutory rules governing the choice of remedy. Statutory extensions or renewals of the guarantee apply. A price reduction or termination is available in the cases provided by law, including failed or late remedies. The French hidden-defects warranty under Civil Code articles 1641–1649 also applies; a claim can be brought within two years of discovery, seeking return and reimbursement or a price reduction as permitted by law. You do not need the foreign manufacturer’s approval to claim against AN74. Discretionary change-of-mind returns after cancellation expires do not restrict these rights.

Use and care

Normal wear, impact damage, modifications or use contrary to instructions may be distinguished from a covered defect only according to the facts and applicable law. Use or opened packaging does not automatically exclude statutory protection. Any exclusion must be justified by the cause of the damage and does not change statutory rules on evidence. Care instructions do not reduce the specifications or performance promised in the offer.

Use, data and disputes

Follow product instructions and warnings; this does not exclude our statutory liability. We do not disclaim responsibility by describing ourselves as an intermediary. Order, payment and shipping information is used to perform the contract. Stripe processes payments. Necessary delivery details for this offer are provided to Wurkkos and the assigned carrier, advertised as DPD or DHL in the supplier quote. EU warehousing does not mean all supplier IT systems are in the EEA. See our privacy policy for data-handling and transfer information. Accepting these terms is not advertising consent. AN74 remains the contact for data requests. First send a written complaint to contact@an74.com. As at 13 September 2026, AN74 has not yet completed membership with a consumer mediator and cannot provide the details of a designated mediator. This statement neither represents membership nor removes your right to mediation. Contact details will be published after membership. French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. Consumers are not subject to an exclusive Paris court clause.

Events preventing performance

Force majeure is assessed under the applicable legal conditions, including Article 1218 of the French Civil Code where relevant. The affected party informs the other of the known impact and takes appropriate steps to limit it. A temporary impediment may suspend the affected obligation unless the delay justifies ending the contract; a permanent impediment has the consequences required by law, including any repayment due. Supplier shortages, cost increases and ordinary customs delays are not automatically force majeure. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

Invalid provisions and non-waiver

A prohibited or unenforceable provision will not be enforced against a consumer. Other provisions remain effective where the contract can legally continue without it. Neither party’s delay in exercising a right is, by itself, a waiver. This does not allow AN74 to replace an invalid term unilaterally with one less favourable to you.
