Wurkkos FC11C: available evidence and checks before buying
A backup light should be easy to find and operate. The Wurkkos FC11C is a candidate to investigate, not equipment validated by AN74. This documentary dossier was checked on 10 September 2026.
Identify the exact model
Wurkkos lists a Nichia 519A LED, buck regulation, an 18650 battery and USB-C charging. Its advertised maximum is 1,200 lumens. These specifications identify the marketed version; they do not establish useful runtime in your home or the durability of every unit.
What a third-party test adds
1Lumen provides output and runtime measurements. Its review reports output below the advertised figure, a switch that can be difficult to locate and limitations in ramping control. The site discloses affiliate links. This is a third-party review, not certification or an AN74 test.

Our checks before a recommendation
Write down the actual task first: finding an object, lighting a room or walking with both hands free. A handheld torch does not automatically solve all three. Keep a record of the seller’s exact model, variant, included accessories and return terms. A similar-looking listing may describe different equipment.
- When a sample arrives, compare its markings and contents against the order and keep dated photographs.
- Read the instructions before charging or operation. Follow the approved accessories and conditions; do not improvise battery handling.
- Try the controls in safe surroundings. Can another household member locate the switch and useful mode?
- When recording runtime, note the mode, settings and conditions. Separate observations from measurements made with suitable instruments.
- Record problems over repeated use. A working product on arrival does not demonstrate a long service life.
